The Challenge

Sustainable building is not required, but rather a decision to participate in best practices. As builders are primarily bottom-line driven, this choice must be proven to benefit both the company and the buyers.

Our Solution

Build from the brand up - create a foundation with a logo that is relatable to the building project team (builders, architects, and engineers). Frame that foundation with supportive materials that showcase actual real-life stories that share the effectiveness and benefits of sustainability and green building. We developed a website that was simple and powerful and interlinked with social media platforms. And to top it off carried the brand to a regular email blast to keep those interested connected and informed.
