In order to generate pre-orders, before a single home has been built, online presence becomes everything.

The Challenge

Pre-orders can be a huge game changer for homebuilders. The ability to make sales prior to construction completely changes profit margins, and reduces stress on sales people. However, huge limitations became clear as there was no existing photos of homes already built.

Our Solution

We freshened up their existing brand, as no native files had existed. Next, due to the fact that no homes had been built, we were unable to showcase actual product, so chose to create a "lifestyle" oriented web experience, alongside architectural renderings. Once homes were constructed we shifted gears, and integrated the new photography and video tours into the site as they became availalbe.
