The Challenge

Developing an entire living community is no easy task. From initial infrastructure to the eventual homeowner move-in, the process requires an enormous amount of creativity, engineering, architecture and execution. The same held true for their marketing, as this development had no name, brand, or website

Our Solution

starting with nothing we created the name, brand, website, and supportive collateral material that brought immediate awareness of this new community. The process of nomenclature (creating the name) was crucial, as it provided the opportunity to establish perception before the first hammer even it a nail.
